What is 1-to-1 Coaching?
This is a confidential, safe space where the coaching client can discuss whatever is on their mind and what goals they want to achieve. By careful listening, curiosity and insightful questioning, the coach helps the client to devise their own way forward.
I offer 1-1 Executive Coaching, Senior Leadership Coaching and Career Coaching for women who are aspiring, advancing or achieving managers. Whether you’re stepping up, stepping back or figuring out what’s next, this space is for you.
Getting Started
Working with me is easy. Simply arrange a friendly, no-obligation call to chat about your needs and you can see if I'm a good fit for you as a coach. If you decide to go ahead, I'll ask you to complete a short form providing a few details about yourself. You're also welcome to share any psychometric results or 360° appraisals with me. This allows me to give you the best service I can.
The 1-to-1 Coaching package
My 1-1 coaching package includes 6 online sessions. Payment can be made upfront or in 4 instalments. I give discounted rates for charities.
As a member of the Association for Coaching and follow their Global Code of Ethics, which include Continuous Professional Development and also Coaching Supervision.
